The ground floor restaurant, La Cucina della Marianna, is run by Paola’s husband and ‘big chef’Tiziano. Ty is proud to tell his guests that his cuisine is ‘non democratic’, meaning it’s the chef who decides what the diners eat. There being only one menu which changes every day. When Ty is not prepping in his kitchen, he’s exploring and creating new dishes and new menus, always following the seasons, and always using local produce - fresh fish from the lake the "alpeggi" cheese from the mountain.
Ty is passionate about cooking, and takes traditional recipes giving thema modern twist. He will welcome you into the serene dining room or outside on the terrace during the long summer, and he loves to explain the menu and what he has done with the dishes in his own witty way.
Needless to say, Ty keeps a well stocked and thought full cave, and is happy to recommend the perfect wine to accompany your meal. Most guess choose to enjoy the full menu of four courses, or select some dishes from the menu.
